■ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Samus is aloof and not very receptive to physical affection, and only awkwardly at best. She is likely to push other characters away or remove herself from situations where others are insistent on physical affection.
■ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: By her nature is very desensitized to violence and combat. She makes her living collecting bounties and killing aliens, so she would not hesitate to use those means to protect others.She's also pretty sacrificial, so it's not an extreme stretch of the imagination that she would risk her own physical well-being to the greater good of those around her.
Samus is pretty level-headed and would likely not instigate a fight with her fellow recruits or leadership. If someone attempted to fight her, she would probably try and diffuse the situation before resorting to violence given her physical and professional advantages over most.
■ RELATIONSHIPS: Samus is emotionally distant from most, given that those she finds herself close to have this weird habit or dying in spite or sometimes because of her. She doesn't go out of her way to form close relationships because they are an occupational hazard for her.
■ MENTAL INFORMATION: Watched her parents be killed by Space Pirates. Watched her adopted parents' planet colonized by Space Pirates. Killed a Space Pirate Commander only to have him come back from the dead. Had to destroy her home planet because it was infested by Space Pirates. Needless to say, she has some Space Pirate issues...
In general, she's got a large amount of emotional turmoil bubbling underneath a cold, collected exterior and is constantly left alone in space to brood on this and her loneliness which is just a little taxing.
■ MEDICAL INFORMATION: Augmented human. Samus was born to human parents but has Chozo, Metroid, and X-Parasite DNA. She has above human strength because of her augmentation

Topics that put her on edge, though, would be obviously Space Pirates, militaristic corruption, bioweapons, and forced combat-- especially with children.
